Supporting Your Health, One Treatment at a Time

My journey in massage therapy began in Belgium in 2012, where I specialized in sports massage. Helping people feel and move better quickly became more than just a career—it became something I genuinely enjoy and take pride in.

After moving to Canada in 2018, I decided to continue growing both personally and professionally by completing the Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary, graduating in December 2022.

Today, I work as a Registered Massage Therapist at Back At It Sports & Wellness in Banff, Alberta, where I have the privilege of helping people recover from injuries, relieve pain, reduce stress, and get back to doing the activities they love.

On weekends, I return to the school where I completed my training—now called the Professional Institute of Management & Technology—as an instructor. Teaching future massage therapists is incredibly rewarding, and I enjoy sharing my experience with students who are beginning their own journey in this profession. If you've ever considered becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, I'd be happy to answer your questions and help you explore the path.

My Treatment Style

I believe that every person is different, which is why every treatment is tailored to your individual needs and goals. My approach combines therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massage techniques to help relieve pain, improve mobility, correct muscle imbalances, and support better posture.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, training for your next adventure, managing the physical demands of work, or simply taking time to care for yourself, my goal is to create a treatment that helps you feel your best—not just during the session, but long after you leave.

I look forward to meeting you and being part of your wellness journey.
